This Mixed Competition caters for all levels of skill and new players will be matched up against players of similar ability. The club’s top level players have an excellent reputation on the North Coast, but that should not deter new players.
The middle and lower level players seem to treat squash night as more of a social event than a competition. Junior players are always winding their way through the ranks of adult players and this provides a good mix of youth and experience.
If you have been away from the squash scene for a while, it is about time you dusted off the racquet and re-joined the ranks of local players having a blast.
Attending the grading night is essential for entry into the competition and players are encouraged to turn up to grading, ready for a 6pm start. The Wednesday night competition will start on April 11.
For those not sure if competition squash is right for you, the regular Thursday night social squash may suit. Naturally, social squash is more about having fun and is always a laugh. Just turn up to the Nambucca Golf Club Squash Courts at 6.30pm each Thursday.
