The North Dorrigo gymkhana was held on a Sunday and had been preceded by the team penning and a campdraft and sporting event.
It was fine weather that greeted the riders on the day with Shakirra Silvia and Ashleigh Johnson competing in the associate classes, Soraya Drayton in the led classes and Jorja Woods in the 11 and under 13 years classes.
Jorja Woods had a highly successful gymkhana winning the Two Phase D grade showjumping.
Jorja was awarded with a commemorative rug for her efforts and those of her mount Bailee.
The gymkhana results for the club were as follows:
Associates: Shakirra Silvia: 3rd Hack, 7th Rider, 3rd Pairs, 2nd Team of Four, 2nd 3 Mug, 7th Diamond Flags. Ashleigh Johnson: 3rd Pairs, 2nd Team of Four, 4th Diamond Flag.
Under 13: Jorja Woods: 1st Pleasure, 7th Hack, 2nd Rider, 5th Pairs, Showjumping Two Phase 1st D Grade, 3 Mug 2nd, Diamond Flag 7th.
Led Line: Soraya Drayton: 2nd Pleasure, 4th Hack, 3rd Rider, 3rd Pairs, 2nd Barrel, 1st 3 Mug, 1st Diamond Flag, 1st Figure 8.
The next inter-club gymkhana will be hosted by Bellinger River Pony Club on Sunday.
