Winner of the Dolphin Day shirt was Rhonda Rowe (18 handicap) with a round of 41 points in a countback from Rodney Robertson.
A grade was taken out by Paranjit Singh (8), a visitor from Carbrook, with 37 points, from Phil Mander (11) also with 37 points but missing on the countback.
For B grade Rod Robertson got the voucher with his 41 points from Paul McElhinney (15) after scoring 39 points.
In C grade Terry Coelli (35) with a 38-point round took the prize from Robin Robertson on 36 points.
Balls in the rundown went to 33 with Doug Cheetham (Kempsey) John McCollum, and Peter Miller the only recipients. Pins went to Denis Paluch at the third, Denys Tobin at the 5th, Andrew McKinnon at seven, Alvin Rapley at eight, Greg Smith took out the pizza at 13, Greg McCoy at 15 and the all important money shot went to Jason Belt.
On Saturday 123 players teed up in another stableford. Taking out A grade was Paul Ryan (12) with 37 points from Eddy Penrose (9) 35 points runner-up. In B grade Trevor Peter (14) put together a score of 42 while leaving a couple of shots out there due to his putter not working to full capacity. John Starr (15) took out second spot with 39 points.
In C grade Les Mohr (24) amassed 37 points to win from Art Hooykas (33) who scored 35 after a long lay-off.
Balls in the rundown went to 31 with Mark Cooney, Ron Lapin, Ralph Taylor, and Glen Crow the last recipients.
On Sunday the club hosted the Mid North Coast Golf Association annual championships with a field of 99 players taking part in 5 grades Overall winner was Kyle Moran Kempsey (6) with a round of 67. The nett winner was Mike Maynard on 70.
In divison 1, Mathew Worthington won the gross and David Rook the nett with 70. In division 2 Bus Bird won the gross with 76, M Ramsay the nett with 68. Winners in division 3, Dwane Button 78 the gross and nett winner went to John May 68. In Division 4 local Andrew Bagust won the gross with 84 and Jim Fahey the nett with 88. Winners in division 5 were Les Mohr 94 gross, and Shane Anderson 71 nett.
Taking out the men's senior gross was Greg Harveston, while junior gross went to Jackson Grieve. The respective nett prizes went to Warren Fuller and Willow Harris.
In the teams events division 1 was taken out by the Grafton club in the gross while Nambucca won the nett for the division. In division 2 where the handicaps in total had to be over 41, Nambucca took the gross and the nett prizes to round out a good day for the club.
