The Destiny Motor Inn will be holding a fine dining and wine tasting night on Saturday, February 17.
The evening will begin at 6pm and guests will be asked to choose from three tempting and carefully crafted entrees and main meals.
Entrees include half a dozen natural oysters, half a dozen scallops baked in garlic served in the shell or stuffed mushrooms with pesto, brie cheese and marinated capsican.
On offer for mains will be the chicken mignon, wrapped in bacon with sundried tomatoes and brie cheese, on a bed of sweet potato mash and topped with a pesto cream sauce.
The second option, the herb and parmesan crumbed lamb cutlets (3) served with sweet potato mash and red wine jus. The fresh atlantic salmon is the third tempter with apricot and sultana cous cous topped with a capsican coulis.
The whole dining experience will be amplified by free wine tastings from a selection of premium Cassegrain wines.
Singer and songwriter, Ali Christopher will be the live entertainment for the evening of culinary delight and bookings are essential.
The event is expected to run from 6pm until late. Cost will be $90 per person.
