There will be information sessions and pop-up stalls at TAFE NSW Macksville, where staff will be on hand to offer course information, career advice and answer questions.
“TAFE NSW offers over 1,200 courses in a range of critical areas in-demand from industry and provides students with the training they need to secure a job,” TAFE NSW Regional General Manager, Marie Larkings said.
“At TAFE NSW, students can study when, where and what they want and are supported by a talented community of career advisors, counsellors and teachers.”
The NSW Government provides significant subsidies for a range of courses ensuring students can undertake the studies they need to learn new skills or find a new job, without having to graduate with a huge debt.
For those who can’t attend, signature events from around the state will be live-streamed to the TAFE NSW Facebook page throughout the week, with extended hours and extra activities for ‘TAFE Tuesday’ at select campuses.
As part of this, TAFE NSW Macksville are hosting a Job Actives’ breakfast and presentation on Tuesday, 16 January from 7.30- 9 am.
For more information visit your local TAFE NSW at 5-9 West St, Macksville between 8.30am and 4.30pm next week or check out the Facebook Live events at tafensw.edu.au/enrolment-week or
