On Sunday, December 31 – New Year’s Eve – the weather will be almost cardigan-like.
According to The Weather Channel, the local forecast maximum temperatures are:
25 degrees at Macksville, Nambucca Heads and Bowraville.
On Monday, the first day of the New Year, the mercury will rise:
27 at both Nambucca Heads and Macksville and 28 at Bowraville.
Both Sunday and Monday are forecast for the chance of thunderstorms.
The first week of 2018 should see temperatures in the mid to high 20s, with storms a possibility, and rain predicted for Thursday.
