On Wednesday, December 13, Police arrested a 23-year-old man at a Newee Creek Rd property following a police pursuit that had been initiated about 11:20am on the Pacific Hwy, Nambucca Heads, earlier the same morning.

Police seized a knife, cannabis and unauthorised prescription medication.
The man was also confirmed as being a disqualified driver and was charged with a number of offences.
He is currently bail refused to appear before Coffs Harbour Local Court on January 8.
Drug Seizure
Then on the same Wednesday at 2:30pm, police executed a search warrant at a Valla property where they seized a total of 66 cannabis plants ranging in height from 10cm-60cm, about 1kg of cannabis leaf, and a small quantity of "magic mushrooms".
A 36-year-old old man was issued with a court attendance notice for cultivating and possessing an indictable amount of cannabis.
While a 26-year-old woman was informed she would be receiving a court attendance notice for possess prohibited drug.
The man is to appear before Macksville Local Court on February 8.
Bloody idiots
Two people were caught drink-driving in Nambucca Heads on Saturday.
A 69-year-old male driver was arrested and charged for a mid range PCA of 0.109 and in a separate incident a 40-year-old woman was charged for a high range reading of 0.208 and for never being licensed.
Both accused persons were issued court attendance notices to appear before Macksville Local Court on January 11.
Domestic Violence
Police arrested a 44-year-old man in Nambucca Heads last Friday following investigations related to the domestic assault of a 35-year-old woman.
The man was charged at Macksville Police Station on a number of offences related to assault, intimidation, breaching an AVO and using a carriage service to menace/harass/offend.
The man is currently bail refused appeared before Macksville Local Court today.
Then on Monday at about 1.06pm, police arrested a 30-year-old man at a Nambucca Heads residence following a family dispute.
The man was charged at Macksville Police Station for breaching an AVO and was given conditional bail to appear before Macksville Local Court on January 18.
