Counting down the sleeps to this fun event

Six sleeps to what promises to be a very special evening of Christmas festivities.

Bowraville’s Christmas Festival is on this Thursday, December 14, from 3pm to 9pm.

There will be twilight markets for the Christmas stocking (or your Festivus fun if that is what you are into), a jumping castle for the kids, bungee jump for the brave, buskers, music, face painting, hot dogs, popcorn and fairy floss (of course!).

Oh, and that white-bearded jolly gentleman will also be paying the town a visit – ho, ho, ho!

Not only that, the whole event will be illuminated by those magical lanterns, now a feature of the town, created by light artistes Claude and Margrit and their team of volunteers (see gallery above).

Plus the added flicker of laser light shows dancing in the treetops.

Proudly brought to you by the Bowraville Chamber of Commerce, the Bowraville Lions and the Bowraville HealthCare Centre …. make sure you don’t miss this great family night out.
