Meanwhile, this Saturday’s meeting will be the inaugural Geoff King Motors Macksville Cup.
The Nambucca River Jockey Club is pleased to confirm that they have partnered with Geoff King Motors to bring this event to Bowraville for the first time this year and it is planned to become an annual event.
Geoff King Motors has been long term supporters of the Jockey Club and its support with this event is greatly appreciated by the board and the Jockey Club members.
Considerable support has already been received from the public for this event and the club is expecting a bumper crowd on the day.
Bookings for end of year parties have been plentiful and free buses will run from Nambucca Heads, Macksville and return.
Food and beverage outlets will be operating on the day and they will be ready to cater for all the needs of patrons.
A TAB outlet and bookmakers will be on hand for punters to have a flutter and the track has never been in better racing condition.
A great day is assured at Bowraville on Saturday – so do yourself a favour and head along for a great day out at a local country race meeting.
Nominations close 1pm Thursday and weights will be declared at 4pm. Acceptances must be declared before 10am on Friday.
