With the championships about to start next Saturday some of the scores coming in are a bit frightening, when you see two players fight out the C grade twice in the one week with big scores such as Paul Maxwell and Mark Cooney did achieve over the past week, Paul (25) produced a round of 43 on Thursday then followed up on Saturday with a round of 44. Mark Cooney (26) came close on the Thursday with 41 points then followed up on Saturday 43 point score card. Trust these two have not peaked too early, as they both lost handicap Paul 1.3 and Mark 1.2.
