Head into Panacea Wholefoods and grab yourself a bag of The Monday Food company’s popular granola on Saturday.
Panacea Wholefoods is excited to announce that they are now stocking The Monday Food company’s range of handmade 100% organic, gluten free, grain free and sugar free granola in their Nambucca Plaza store.
The sort after granola is nutritionally based upon the paleo ethos and made in locally in Byron Bay by young Nambucca woman and company creator Indie Sutton.
Ms Sutton was recently on the channel 10 tv show, The Shark Tank to discuss her growing company.
The Monday Food company was born out of a frustration at the lack of truly nourishing and readily available breakfast options.
They offer up a range of tasty sounding granola options available in flash flavours such as Hazelnut, Fig and Cardamom, Pecan, Vanilla and Inca berries, Macadamia and Cranberry, Chocolate, Cherry and Hazelnut, Mixed Nut and Wild Berry.
The company also has a selection of cake mixes, Lavender and Chocolate Gut-friendly Cupcakes and Maqui Berry Gut-friendly Cupcakes and sell paleo flour mix by the box.
Panacea Wholefoods is keen to now offer this range to their customers as well part of their huge choice of bulkfoods and wholefoods.
