Nambucca Heads Public School marched down Bowra street in character for 2017 Book Week

The public can rest easy after multiple sightings of Batman, Ironman, Spiderman, Wonder Woman, and the Incredible Hulk were recorded in Nambucca.

The literary universe converged on Bowra street yesterday for the Nambucca Heads Public School’s book parade.

Proud parents lined the streets to watch their little characters strut their stuff.

Hogwarts and Whoville were well represented in the march, as was Disney and Oz, Hans Christian Andersen and MarioWorld.

Noone needed to ask where Wally was because he was everywhere.

The march through town was part of the annual Australian Book Week celebrations which aim to highlight the importance of reading and exercising imagination.
