Wilson Baade, Teal Haigh and Daniel Williams have gained selection after outstanding results at the PSSA North Coast championships held in Murwillumbah earlier this month.
Nambucca Heads Public School has a proud history of being home to successful cross country runners, having had athletes represent at State level most years, but this is the first time that three athletes have gained State selection.
It will be Wilson's first time competing at a state level while Teal and Daniel competed in the State championships last year. The three have been training hard, with the top five runners gaining selection into the NSW team to compete at the national championships in Hobart in August.
