This Commodore had just the tip of the exhaust displayed to make it look like a proper exhaust was fitted but a closer look showed the pipe to be totally cut off.
And things got worse.
The driver was found to be unlicensed and also had an outstanding arrest warrant.
The upshot saw infringements issued for defective exhaust and tyres. A defect notice was issued and the driver charged with the warrant and unlicensed driving matter.
