Community groups are invited to meet outside Nambucca Plaza at 11am to show their concerns about the future of our country, our planet and our society.
Spokesperson Susan Jenvey said no matter the issue, placards, slogans and a strong community presence was the key to being heard.
“Whether it is politicians’ entitlements or the influence of big business … perhaps you feel the environment is at the brink of collapse or are passionate about Aboriginal justice, human rights, or inter-generational inequality? This march is for you,” Ms Jenvey said.
“March in March Nambucca is asking everyone to come up to show our governments not to take our local concerns for granted.”
Assembly is at 11am on Saturday for a march to begin at 11.30 with rally and speeches to follow at Bellwood Park. For more information: Susan Jenvey 6569 5791 or Paul Sekfy 0419 440 065 or visit March Australia on Facebook.
