After a spirited battle of skill and guile, the Pairs Champions for 2017 are Bev Jones and Pam James.
They defeated Chris Davis and Michelle Fredericks in a game where the experience of Pam and Bev stood out.
Bev and Pam were undefeated in the long journey to the decider and were deserving champions.
Congratulations to both, and it’s noteworthy that this championship was Bev's first pairs win.
Congratulations also to Chris and Michelle in reaching the final – astute judges are confident this is a sign of many more championship finishes ahead.
The final score was 24 shots to 10.
