Their results:
Quinn Cooper - 2nd in 400m and 800m, 3rd in 1500m and discus.
Alice Burns - 4th in discus, 6th in 1100m walk, 7th in shot put.
Matilda O'Connor - 5th in heat of 400m, 7th in discus.
Damian Kennedy - 6th in triple jump, 7th in 60m hurdles, 7th in heat of 100m.
Charlotte Cooper - 1st in discus (record), 6th shot put, 7th 200m, 8th in heat of 100m.
Ruby O'Connor - 1st in 1500m, 2nd in 800m, 3rd in 400m, 4th in 200m.
Jake Blanch - 3rd in javelin, 7th in discus, 8th in shot put.
Aleesha Davis - 2nd in javelin, 6th in 800m, 7th in triple jump, 6th in 400m.
Emily Blanch - 2nd in 3000m, 3rd in 1500m, 5th in shot put and the 800m, 6th in 400m, 7th in discus.
Jarno Dolezal - 2nd in 100m, 3rd in 200m.
Jessica Davis - 6th in heat of 100m, 7th in 200m, shot put and javelin, 9th in long jump.
As a result, the Stuarts Point club will have a number of representatives at the State championships at the Sydney Olympic Athletics Centre from March 17 to 19.
These will be: Quinn Cooper - 400m and 800m, Charlotte Cooper - discus, Ruby O’Connor - 1500m and 800m, Aleesha Davis - javelin, and Jarno Dolezal - 100m.
