Driver suspended after passenger found standing in ute tray
About 10pm on Sunday, police stopped a vehicle in Ferry St, North Macksville, after a man was observed standing in the rear tray of the utility.

The 45-year-old driver was arrested after testing positive to a road side breath test. He underwent a breath analysis at Macksville Police Station and returned a mid-range reading of 0.135.
The accused was issued a licence suspension and a court attendance notice to appear before Macksville Local Court on November 16 for the offences including drive with passenger in/on part of vehicle not permitted.
