The day began with a flag raising ceremony and prayer, followed by several activities.
The Year 6 students led the day, taking their groups through activities such as art, story-telling, dance, sport and language.
The children made NAIDOC bracelets and an Aboriginal flag with their hand prints. In language they learned a Gumbaynggirr song.
