Teen charged after two police visits
The man was charged at Macksville Police Station with common assault and destroy/damage property. He was bailed to appear before Macksville Local Court on September 16.
Police were called back to the Nambucca Heads address a few hours later, after it’s alleged the 18-year-old was involved in another domestic dispute.
He was arrested at the scene and later charged at Macksville Police Station for breaching an AVO. The accused will now also appear at Macksville Local Court on September 16 for this offence.
