Together with visitors from neighbouring VIEW Clubs, the more than 50 women were treated to a fascinating walk through the professional life of much-loved film critic Margaret Pomeranz.

Ms Pomeranz, who was visiting her aunt Barbara Lowden, reflected that her own career in public broadcasting had also spanned some 40 years.
