A bumper crowd of locals and summer holidaymakers bustled through the stalls and eateries under the gums, and if more relief was needed, the nearby waters of Deep Creek were at the ready.
The fair is a major fundraiser for the Lions Club of Valla, and contributes in large part to their ability to support all sorts of charitable causes.
A feature of this year's fair was an open microphone karaoke event and one of the first to zip into song was Tammy Truscott with Wind Beneath My Wings.
All the fair staples were on show, including craft and plant stalls, vintage machinery, food outlets and activities for children.
