How far can you throw a thong?

THE Yarrahapinni Festival returns to Stuarts Point next weekend and the organisers say there’ll be something to delight everyone.

Featuring a music spectacular, local arts and crafts exhibition, local produce growers and much more, this is the ideal family event.

There will be oodles of activities for the whole family, including car boot sale, jumping castle and pony rides, children’s animal farm, growers’

market, alternative health care fair, classic cars and motorbikes, chalk art competition, skateboard competition, thong throwing championships, talent quest, op shop ball, riverside markets, ride-on mower racing, music by the river (seven bands) and the Troppo Bob magic show.

Eungai and Stuarts Point CWA have also organised a cake competition plus the event will feature alternative health practitioners for the first time.

Come along and enjoy a great day out for one and all.

The Yarrahapinni Festival takes place at Stuarts Point Oval, Stuarts Point on August 24-26. For more information visit www.facebook.com/YarrahapinniFestival.
