A man is facing court after being arrested on a number of outstanding warrants in the state’s north this afternoon.
About 2.30pm today, police from Mid North Coast Local Area Command, went to a house in Bowraville.
They were acting on information received from a metropolitan media outlet.
A 39–year-old man was arrested at the house and taken to Kempsey Police Station.
It will be alleged the man had a number of outstanding warrants.
The warrants were issued after the 39-year-old failed to appear at Byron Bay Local Court on July 5.
After being refused bail, he will appear in Kempsey Local Court tomorrow.
