Knambucca Knitters
This project sees people across the nationa knit squares and strips - which are sewn into rugs - for distribution to the needy in Australia and abroad.
The fundraiser is driven by the ABC, and while people have been making pieces year-round, Friday was deemed the big ‘Knit In’ with groups gathering in libraries and clubs around the country.
