THE MACKSVILLE Sea Eagles return to Group 2 rugby league action on Sunday when they take on the Macleay Valley Mustangs at the Verge St Oval in all three grades.
The first grade clash will be for the Riley-Silvia Memorial Trophy, which is currently held by the Eagles. This trophy is highly valued by both clubs and remembers Shane Riley and Michael Silvia.
With the Eagles moving up the ladder they will be keen to keep their winning momentum. The Mustangs have
struggled this season, despite being
finalists last year, and will be desperate for points.
The Under 18s clash promises to be a great game, with the Eagles undefeated and on top of the table against the Mustangs who are second and just one point adrift.
The Eagles will look to take some revenge after being knocked out of the finals by the Mustangs in 2011.
The reserve grade clash will also be an important game with both clubs sharing the competition lead.
The Under 18s will kick off at noon and the Eagles hope to see as many
supporters as possible at Verge St Oval.
