Given the windy conditions that prevailed, the scores turned in on the day were a great effort.

Being involved in the club as much as I have over the past few years you come across some real fine people none better than Michael ‘Coke’ Coleman.
To this area ‘Coke’ as he was affectionately called was a real fair dinkum bloke and a person who had the town at heart.
He had time for everybody he came across, old and young alike all respected him and he gave that respect back three fold.
He will be sadly missed by all who knew him, and all will have their own tale to tell of an occasion with ‘Coke’.
When I first met him some time ago I asked him what he did for a crust and he informed me he was a
baggage handler. It took me a while to work out what he was on about but that was his way. To Eve and Coke’s family thanks for sharing him with us, the town will be much poorer for his passing.
