earned the 2011 Junior Sports Team award for their efforts at the 2011 State Age Carnival in Wollongong.

The award comes as no surprise after the girls were named Division 4 State age champions for winning 18 of their 19 games.

The event is run over three days (averaging six to seven games a day), with teams from all over NSW coming to face-off in what is deemed the pinnacle of

representative netball.

Credit must also go to their coach Cathy McCullagh, assistant coach Leanne Porter and manager Lanice

Milgate for the hard work, encouragement, training and mentoring they put into preparing the girls for the weekend.

According to their coaches, the girls put in a gutsy effort, and showed great sportsmanship and encouragement over the whole weekend.
