03 Feb 12 | THE CLARENCE Nambucca Region of the NSW State Emergency Service (SES) has been active over the last few weeks with flooding in the Bellinger, Clarence, Nambucca and Orara catchments. Water levels across all four rivers have now fallen or are remaining steady with many residents beginning to leave or return to their isolated properties.
